The hotel venue offers us a preferential reduced rate for participants of the 6th LGBTI Political Leaders Conference. Please consult the Transportation and Lodging Guide attached to your invitation email for full details.
NOTE: It is not a requirement that you stay in the hotel venue in order to participate in the Conference. The Transportation and Lodging Guide includes a list of additional hotels with more economic rates.
We recommend that you arrive on Wednesday, July 19th and plan your departure for Sunday, July 23rd.
The closest airport to the hotel venue is the Benito Juárez International Airport. For more details, consult the Transportation and Lodging Guide attached to your invitation email.
The Conference program will run from 9am to 6pm on July 20th, 21st, and 22nd. We will also have social events every evening beginning at 8pm in the hotel of venue.
All participants must present themselves at the registration table in order to receive their badge and materials. Your badge is what will allow you entrance into the Conference spaces. Without it, and as a security measure, you will not be able to enter into the Conference space, including all of the sessions, meals and social events.
The pre-registration is located at the hotel venue (5pm to 9pm on July 19).
We recommend arriving on July 19th and completing your registration where you will receive your badge and materials that same night.
Yes, among the more than 500 people who requested a scholarship, we have offered 65 full scholarships and 51 partial scholarships. The scholarship application period closed on February 15th, 2023.
