Participation in the 7th Conference is determined via an application, evaluation, and selection process. To be considered, all interested individuals must submit an online application through our application form.

To ensure diverse and equitable representation of LGBTI leaders from across the region, a selection committee will carefully review each application, considering factors such as leadership experience, community impact, and commitment to political inclusion. Those selected through this review process will receive an official confirmation to attend the event.

No, the conference will be completely free for those who receive an official invitation after being evaluated and accepted. It is important to note that the invitation includes registration, materials, breakfast, and lunch on September 25, 26, and 27. The invitation does not cover travel or accommodation expenses. These must be covered by the participants.

Additional note: It is each individual participant’s responsibility to obtain their visa if it is required. We recommend including the personalized invitation sent to you via email among the documents in your visa application.

Yes, the organizing committee of the 7th Conference will offer full and partial scholarships to a select number of participants who apply. These will be offered based on the availability of resources.


The application will include a section for scholarship requests, allowing all applicants the opportunity to be considered for funding. These scholarships are designed to cover, either fully or partially, the costs of attending the 7th Conference, including transportation, accommodation, and meals during the event.


These scholarships are subject to resource availability, so we suggest seeking other funding options to cover transportation and accommodation costs.
The deadline to apply for a scholarship is February 19, 2025.

The application period for the 7th Conference will be open from January 15 to February 19, 2025. During this time, interested individuals must complete and submit their online application to be considered in the selection process.

Note: It is the responsibility of each participant to arrange their visa if needed. If selected, we recommend including the personalized invitation received by email in your visa application.

We recommend arriving on Wednesday, September 24, and planning your return for Sunday, September 28.
